. Had the most wonderful (and rich!) cocoa pancakes stuffed with tiramisu, stewed in the liquid chocolate and topped with strawberries and cream! A speciality of these parts, very enjoyable and filling! The atmosphere was very central European probably like in Vienna, but I haven't been there to compare.. Had an authentic Bulgarian lunch at an excellent restaurant (called Pinadin if I remember corectly) consisting of a traditional Roast Lamb as the main course and a traditional pancake (with chocolate) and garash torte (bulgarian chocolate cake) as desserts.
