Our champorado is basically a chocolate rice porridge, a favorite comfort food especially during the rainy season.. To prepare champorado, cook the forbidden rice in a saucepan, in water about 2 1/2-3 x the amount of rice -- it is supposed to be a bit soupy, but adjust according to individual tastes.. have to try champorado next...
