La serata ha visto anche le performances di Eminem e Kelly Osbourne, che ha cantato la canzone di Madonna "Papa Don't Preach" e ha fatto un numero ispirato alla parodia di alcuni film, fra cui "Spider-Man" e "Il signore degli anelli." Fra i vari ospiti c'erano anche Jennifer Connelly, Freddie Prinze Jr., Ewan McGregor, Natalie Portman, Winona Ryder, Nicole Kidman e Will Smith.
