SECOND PART
CHANGES SUBJECT.
............Waiting for other discoveries regarding the
universe, with the grandsons, we decided
to study the brain where billion of molecules
and impulses electros who would travel to
very high speeds are activated. . The brain
is certainly very complex, contains his extraordinary
functions in a volume of about 1200 cubic
centimetres and more than one kilo weighs
little with differences between individual
and I identify ( it is said that some have
the brain as big as an olive, but, only when
he swells ). The brain the most complex organ
is so definite and a very high waste of energies
which requires a constant and actable contribution
of energy substrata and the adult brain two
per cent represents requires of corporeal
weight, he uses about 50 per cent of the
oxygen and 10 per cent of the glucose contained
in the arterial blood ( "The Sciences"-
G. Pellegri - September 1999). He has his
noblest part formed in his periphery and
that is the cerebral cortex from billion
of nervous cells, the "neurons".
Next to this grey matter there is the substance
white, composed from nervous fibres what
from cortex they go toward the inside placing
the left hemisphere in contact with the right
hemisphere. these hemispheres would have
a division of tasks, they are divided in
zones or cortical areas everybody which would
have a function of. Every "neuron"
(nervous cell), he communicates with his
neighbours through the "sinapsi"
which the information transmits through a
chemical intermediary and the winds either
fifty or a hundred billion of neurons and
about tens of sinapsis thousands work in
harmony like an orchestra. To notice that
the child's brain weighs about 400 grams
he and the number of the neurons does not
change, but it increases their dimension
so as the number of the connections and if
the environments child is deprives of stimuli,
he will have an intellectual very slow development.
............In the progressive adult man some neuronal
nets are formed what they contain the thought
and memory mysteries and they are as responsible,
as Sir John Eccles writes the australian
Nobel prize: " Of all the experiences
lived from a human being, of his perceptions
and of his memories, the mind, of his reflexes,
his emotions of his acts receives information,
smells, sounds, colours, tastes, which then
elaborates according to a proceeding which
the thought constitutes and which mechanics we know not ". We would use only from eight to
I gave by a hundred of our cerebral possibilities,
to the maximum 15%. It is sure that they
develop themselves several sinapsis and connections
if the brain is stimulated and active. In
the brain, the nervous impulse, under electric
potential form, from the "neuron"
arrives to the "sinapsi" and free
a chemical substance, the "neurotrasmetter"
what should be of at least three kinds: the
first would include adrenalin and noradrenalin,
hormones that they allow to react to the
second the acetylcoline that activates also
the muscular contractions, the third the
dipamin, the serotonine, the histamine, the
encefaline and these last, to example, together
the endorfine, regulate the perception of
the pain. The left hemisphere of the brain
would chair to language, the solution of
the logical problems and other while the
right excels at the comprehension space them,
musical, in the drawing. In the deep part
of the brain there is the seahorse which
serves to preserve the memory. The seahorse's
reduction is principally due to ageing and
obstacles in the blood circulation. He he
arrives to the insanity even if one drinks
too much alcoholic drinks and also the nicotine
would cause damage and more stilly the drugs
of every kind.
............Later have, then to say, examined the universe,
one wonders: can the man have compared to
one of the a lot of ones billion of neurons
which form the brain or placed to the Sun
which is in a boundless ocean of stars? The
man is certainly bigger than a neuron and
littler than the Sun but it is part of the
created and inserted in a harmonious drawing
which we instinctively guess. It is possible
to think that, as like that as a nervous
cell of our brain or a group of them which
they do not do in harmony and with reason,
they disturb the man, to the same way the
human being or more human beings can damage
evolve it. That the humanity positively evolves
it is a fact, to example ( is a joke ), the
decreased crime, please think what at the
time of Cain and Abel there was fifty per
cent of murderers. Boris Pasternak, in his
work "The Doctor Zivago" writes:
" A serenity is given by the conscience
of the relationship which binds the human
existences, from the certainty of the them
reciprocal communicate, from the happiness
feeling to the thought than everything as
that that happens not he only still performs
on the Earth where the dead are buried, others
but also in other place, in that than some
they call the God kingdom, history, others
so as several ".
PSYCHOLOGY AND THE COURSE OF THE LIFE.
............Is sure that in the children the dreams interpret
more easily than in the grown-ups they always
reflect some happened event in the day or
the previous days, is not like that in the
grown-ups it and this comes from the inconsistency,
from the deceit which we exercise on us we
would like to be those whats not we are and
repress every genuine demonstration feeling
ashamed and this obtains us some clear dreams
which are the symbolisms result, of fusions,
diassociations, etc.
... ... .... In the adaptation process at the society,
he suits that the child shows his true instincts.
It is this true personality one must develop
following a normal course the gradual passage
foresees from the egoism to the altruism,
from the predominance of the life instinct
to the acceptance of the parasitic death
as like that as in the vegetative process
of the plant where a first period is thrusts
it in is had, he then produces fruits or
flowers and at last he dries up and he dies.
Conforming us to the laws of the nature he
derives serenity because an instinctive superior
harmony is respected. When, for how much
he is I dictate first, our personality does
not develop himself and remains at the stadium
of the to egoism or prevailing he spends
unhappy.
............The respect of the truth is the only way
not to create personality halvings, must
be sincere absolutely with us and with the
others avoiding of alters personality which
is superimposed to the true, true personality
that he remains unripe, choked and that to
look for express it in deceitful and twisted
forms. He will turn out a narrow-minded individual,
always in conflict with the personality which
with deceit has built herself to insert him,
in dominated way, in the society. Determining
a situation of this kind and synthetizing
in three stadiums I develop it psychic of
the personality, we would remain blocked
to the first or the second degree, as writing
afterwards. Here in synthesis the three situations:
1°-the egoism is characteristic of first
age and logical like that the child must
grow before then to produce. It is fault
if a mature person remains at this stadium,
it will be vain, envious and discontented.
2°-the egoism is turned into altruism to
mature age and one works for the society,
for the relatives, for the children.
3°-the instinct of life which he has taken
in the two previous stadiums one goes decreasing
and he begins to prevail the death instinct
and this phenomenon is accentuated with progressing
of the old age. What the youth was finding
and had to find outside of , the man, in
the afternoon of the life, owes it be inside
him itself. If this harmonious cycle is not
performed, not there is serenity, not happiness.
This search of the truth and the respect
of the laws of nature, rules that thenthey
serve for a serene and harmonious life, they
are the addresses of the principal religions
in synthesis.
............It is not sure with the use of drugs or alcohol
which reaches serenity and peace even if
remembering the following joke is fun: "Tells
one to the friend" "why you drink
so? " "to foret ... ... "
" forget? what ? " "and who
remembers more.".
THE AUTOANALYSIS AND SEARCH OF THE SERENITY.
.. ... .... We, in the society, generally want to assume
a personality different from that than in
genuine way, she would be ours, what he if
we do not express it with sincerity and prevent
an honest expression driven by the reason,
will not steal us from the neurosis.
.. ... .... In the children, as already I dictate, the
dreams are simple and if, how he is opportune,
we invite them to describe them to us, I
am of very easy interpretation. My Paola
granddaughter, when he dreams mystery does
not do and of rule the dream has origin from
fears for animals seen in the previous days
or television shows. In the grown-ups is
generally not like that we do not have a
personality that expresses himself honestly
and genuinely and the dream is of difficult
interpretation. Turning to the Autoanalisi
we should be able to buy several knowledge
of we, be more serene and feel freer.
............Albert Ellis, psychologist, director of the
Istitute For Advanced Studj in Rational Psichotherapj
writes: "the happiness is have some
values and some ideals and strive himself
to follow them. To reach the happiness, the
fundamental rules are these: not curse him
or be dejected and not be angry against others
or against the universe ... ... ...Learned by philosophers as Seneca; he was teaching
that the life, what is short, it can be faced
with beatitude following the nature. He was
teaching to find a relationship with if I
was, with the others, with God; to judge
its evils; to search for in knowing the guide
for the conquest of the virtue, only possible
joy".
............We always live with young people more provided
and prepared intellectually e ready to obstruct
wars, racism, I use of drug or alcohol and
other, hear to revive us in them and we share
joys, pains and future expectations they
should have us always better our arrangement
known in the harmony of the universe.
VARIOUS TYPOLOGIES OF PEOPLE.
.. ... .... Certain people have an attitude of introversion
which is characterized by a hesitating nature,
thoughtful, he abandons, gets depressed easily
without reacting it, dread of every thing,
has that always stay on the defensive and
he he willingly hides. Others have an attitude
of extroversion which is characterized by
a nature accepting, apparently open and willing
that suits easily every situation, that he
sets up new knowledge easily and that he
is not afraid to undertake in the problems,
carefreely and trustingly without doubts.
There are then different intelligence different
sensitivity individuals, of different mental
capacity of observation and concentration
and for everybody, a good psychic balance,
represents a goal which is not sure any more
easy reach for the most gifted with of intelligence
end sensitivity, in fact, the normal vegetation
of a simple and country plant than of other
complex and sophisticated plant is definitely
easier. The psychoanalitic doctrine which
studies the mental phenomena is a research
field with big educational possibilities.
The psychoanalysis as psychotherapeutic technique
tends to solve the conflicts which are to
the base of the neuroses, supporting a modification
positive and lasting of the personality.
............" Who is serene does not disturb if
the same nor the others "Epicuro.
............According to S. Freud, wanting to ignore
a fact responsible for an emotion (excluding
it from the aware thought) why his content
appears to the subject as incompatible with
his conscience, it becomes cause of pathologies
and already Breuer, a famous viennese more
elderly Freud doctor, he was affirming that
the symptoms of the pathology were disappearing
in consequence of the display of the situations
which had them sprung. The conflict between
an unconscious emotion (repressed) and the
reality expresses, represented by social
advantage, morality, I respect , it creates
neurotic subjects. The method which as therapy
invites the patient to say anything comes
to the mind, is one regulates fundamental
of psychoanalysis. Also the interpretation
of the dreams takes to the discovery of the
unconscious, unconscious repressed by the
conscious ego (or aware thought) which, in
this case, is censuring and deforming neurosis
and he does not have the personality evolved
but it creates.
YOU CELEBRATE SCHOLARS OF THE MATTER IN EXAM.
............The mental apparatus would be divided in
conscious and unconscious and the personal
incoscious there would be a superpersonal
unconscious further on or collective, this
would be a deeper stadium than the unconscious
which they would be in whole humanity's dormant
the primigenial images. The personal unconscious
would contain some memories which went lost,
of the painful representations which were
he removed, some sensory perceptions which
were not quite strong to catch up the conscious
one. The primigenial images of the collective
unconscious would be more ancient and more
general than the humanity representation
forms. ............In 1922 S. Freud divides the mental apparatus
between ID, EGO, and SUPER-EGO. According
to Freud, the psychic apparatus is then subdivided
in "ID" which is the tank of the
pulsional impulses, in " EGO "that
it represents the most superficial part of
the ID and that it is modified from the outside
world and "SUPER-EGO" what born
of the ID, dominates the "EGO"
and represents the inhibitions of the pulsations
characteristic of the man. The processes
of the ID are all unconscious, while the
conscious one is the function of the most
outside state of the EGO, destined the perception
of the outside world. So the ID would be
the system the regulating processes have
place of business in of the beginning of
the pleasure, it would be the primitive mental
system with the hereditary property. The
ID would not know the reality and would lack
order and logic. The ego would check the
urgencies of the ID delaying the immediate
discharge if necessary and also sublimat
these pulsion respecting the reality and
the social advantages. The SUPER-EGO would
strech the perfection under the moral conscience
ideal appearance, but in the people psychotic,
depressed, it would be he causes of intense
fault feelings, of unworthinesses and in
the least heavy cases would create scruples
it, mania of the order, susceptibility, perfectionism,
etc. Pushed by the ID, pressed by the SUPER-EGO,
repelled by the reality, the EGO which should
be governed by the beginning of reality,
would fight to establish the harmony. The
principal function of the SUPER-EGO would
be to limit the instinctual satisfactions
in agreement with the princes imposed by
the parents as the ego would limit them in
agreement with the beginning of reality.
Normally the parents would follow their same
SUPER-EGO in the education of the children
but Gandhi has written: "a wise parent
leaves the children to make mistakes. It
is good that once every the fingers are burned
so. " and Gabriele D'Annunzio: "doing
its life as an art work is done is necessary".
............To finish this chapter in cheerfulness we
could think that the instinct of death is
the aspiration to cancel every anxiety and
every tension, the rest in an undisturbed
quietness. He writes Woodi Allen: "Dying
is one of the few things which they can do
themselves being easily lying down."
however the life instinct contests the inactivity,
to the psychic stagnation and Nantas Salvalaggio
says ": "it is not possible to
be all day to admire the navel of its disasters".
................Aspettando altre scoperte
corteccia vanno verso l'interno ponendo in
Ogni "neurone" (cellula nervosa),
molto lento.
................Nell'uomo adulto evoluto
Nobel australiano Sir John Eccles: "
primo comprenderebbe adrenalina e noradrenalina,
dovuta principalmente all'invecchiamento
umani possono danneggiare l'evolversi dell'umanità,
ogni manifestazione genuina vergognandocene
diassociazioni, ecc.
................Nel processo di adattamento alla società,
conviene che il bambino manifesti i suoi
veri istinti. E' questa vera personalità
che deve svilupparsi seguendo un decorso
normale che prevede il passaggio graduale
dall'egoismo all'altruismo, dal predominio
subdole e contorte.
Ecco in sintesi
"Dice uno all'amico "Perchè bevi
tanto?" "Per dimenticare......."
"Dimenticare? Che cosa?" "E
nevrosi.
interpretazione. Ricorrendo all'autoanalisi
liberi.
................Albert Ellis, psicologo, direttore dell'Istitute
for Advanced Studj in Rational Psichotherapj
Dio; a giudicare i propri mali; a cercare
tecnica psicoterapeutica tende a risolvere
scoperta dell'inconscio, inconscio represso
dall'Ego cosciente (o pensiero consapevole)
nevrosi.
................L'apparato mentale sarebbe diviso in conscio
e inconscio e oltre l'incoscio personale
vi sarebbe un inconscio superpersonale o
collettivo, questo sarebbe uno stadio più
profondo dell'inconscio nel quale starebbero
assopite le immagini primigenie dell'intera
umanità. L'inconscio personale conterrebbe
dei ricordi che andarono perduti, delle rappresentazioni
penose che furono rimosse, delle percezioni
sensorie che non furono abbastanza forti
per raggiungere il conscio. Le immagini primigenie
dell'inconscio collettivo sarebbero forme
di rappresentazione più antiche e più generali
dell'umanità.
................Nel 1922 S. Freud divide l'apparato mentale
fra ID, EGO, e SUPER-EGO. Secondo Freud,
logica. L'EGO controllerebbe le urgenze dell'ID
ritardando la scarica immediata se necessario
ed anche sublimando queste pulsioni rispettando
la realtà e le convenienze sociali. Il SUPER-EGO
tenderebbe alla perfezione sotto l'aspetto
morale, di coscienza, di ideale, ma nelle
persone psicotiche, depresse, sarebbe causa
di intensi sentimenti di colpa, di indegnità
e nei casi meno gravi creerebbe scrupoli,
mania dell'ordine, suscettibilità, perferzionismo,
ecc.
Normalmente i genitori seguirebbero
il loro stesso SUPER-EGO nell'educazione
dei figli ma Gandhi ha scritto: " Un
genitore saggio lascia che i figli commettano
errori. E' bene che una volta ogni tanto
si brucino le dita. " e Gabriele D'Annunzio:
" Bisogna fare la propria vita come
si fa un'opera d'arte. ".
Scrive
Woodi Allen: " Morire è una delle poche
cose che si possono fare facilmente stando
sdraiati. " però l'istinto di vita si
oppone all'immobilismo, alla stagnazione
