As long as the VM is on the SAN you can create a VM on each ESX host that point s to the same disk file. They obviously can't be powered on at the

PS Best performance so far is ~1.7GB/min over 2Gb SAN!! Not Bad!! (Disk to disk mind you) Bernie

Yeah, I spoke too soon. I just tried and it takes longer to set up the scheduled task than it does to just do the vmotion right in VC
