Hi Folks! There are many way to restore and reinforce a broken front bumper..but if you want to do it saving your money and using scrappy materials...here it is!

What do you need?:

Steps from 1 to 8:

1)These are the broken bumper and the aluminium plate ..as you can see!
  3b.jpg (76799 byte) 5)So disassemble the plate from the bumper and put it in a vice til the pink line for a suitable bending.
2.jpg (83010 byte) 2)Now you have to make two holes in the bumper (as in picture).After doing that you have to put over it the plate to make an equivalent hole!   3c.jpg (82109 byte) 6)Now put it over the bumper and fix it with a tape.
3.jpg (84364 byte) 3)Did you got the allen screws?   4.jpg (82731 byte) 7)Look at the right bending!
3a.jpg (79302 byte) 4)Screw an allen to fix the plate .

Right now you can make the other hole!

Mark the plate as the pink line in picture......

  4a.jpg (80463 byte) 8)Make the 3rd hole on the top.

Steps from 9 to 11:

4b.JPG (84418 byte) 9)Take off the tape.Screw an allen and do the same thing you did before(point 2nd).   5b.jpg (77091 byte) Good bending!

You can also fix the cracks with superglue or hotglue!

4c.JPG (80867 byte) 10)Put the 4th allen screw on!   6.jpg (74877 byte) So I put it on my 6th Sand scorcher now!

UPPER
