Restoring and reinforcing a front bumper!

Hi Folks! There are many way to restore and reinforce a broken front bumper..but if you want to do it saving your money and using scrappy materials...here it is!

What do you need?:

• 4 allen screws (3x10mm)and four nuts!
• One aluminium plate: Lenght 8cm / Width 3.5cm / Thickness 2mm  ( in inches  about....3.15in / 1.38in / 0.08in )
• One Dremel or drill (drill bit 3mm),one file.
• Optional: superglue/hotglue.

Steps from 1 to 8:

	1)These are the broken bumper and the aluminium plate ..as you can see!			5)So disassemble the plate from the bumper and put it in a vice til the pink line for a suitable bending.
	2)Now you have to make two holes in the bumper (as in picture).After doing that you have to put over it the plate to make an equivalent hole!			6)Now put it over the bumper and fix it with a tape.
	3)Did you got the allen screws?			7)Look at the right bending!
	4)Screw an allen to fix the plate . Right now you can make the other hole! Mark the plate as the pink line in picture......			8)Make the 3rd hole on the top.

Steps from 9 to 11:

	9)Take off the tape.Screw an allen and do the same thing you did before(point 2nd).			Good bending! You can also fix the cracks with superglue or hotglue!
	10)Put the 4th allen screw on!			So I put it on my 6th Sand scorcher now!
	11)And...here it is!!! UPPER			Nice for a scrappy piece of aluminium!!!
	And... LOWER SIDE!
