FAIR HAVEN — Digging is set to begin to replace sidewalks in the business district on River Road by next spring with a target completion date of Memorial Day. At the Borough Council meeting Dec. 5, council members discussed plans for improving the business area that will begin with requests for bids on the sidewalk project early next year.
