This program will toggle the Num Lock, Caps Lock, or Scroll Lock keys every X minutes. You can setup which keys to toggle and how often to toggle each key. The latest version allows you to launch a pre-configured Windows shortcut (using command line options) without displaying the standard setup screen. This is perfect for launching the program within a users startup group.

Usage

Command Line

Common Usages:

Change a user's shortcut from a commonly used application to Crazy Num-Caps-Scroll. Example
Use WinStartup (live link) to setup that Crazy Num-Caps-Scroll execute every time the computer is turned on
Run the program while the user is away from the computer
Rename the file to "clickme.exe", so that a curious person will run the program
Send the program to someone via email (be sure to follow up the email with this document)

Command Line:

To use the command line options do this
- For Caps Lock key - add a /c{# of seconds to toggle} to the end of the command line
- For Num Lock key - add a /n{# of seconds to toggle} to the end of the command line
- For Scroll Lock key - add a /s{# of seconds to toggle} to the end of the command line
- Example: C:\JOKES\CRAZY_NCS.EXE /c5 /n10 /s25 - would toggle the Caps lock key every 5 seconds, the Num lock key every 10 seconds, and the Scroll lock key every 25 seconds.
By Default, if NO command line option are specified, the program goes into setup mode.

Close/Exit:

Crazy Num-Caps-Scroll runs hidden in the background of all of the Windows operating systems. There is no easy way to stop this program (which makes it a great stealth program). To terminate Crazy Num-Caps-Scroll press CTRL-ALT-DEL to view the task manager. Select the program called 'crazy-ncs', and press <End Task>.

How Do I:

Create a Windows shortcut?
- Right-click on the program you want to create a shortcut for
- Select 'Create Shortcut' from the popup menu
- This will create a shortcut to the program at the same directory level. (See below for editing a shortcut)
Edit a shortcut?
- Select/Highlight a Windows shortcut
- Right-click on the shortcut
- Select 'Properties' from the popup menu
- Click on the 'Shortcut' tab
- Modify the 'Target' field with the drive letter and path to this program name. (Ex. C:\JOKES\{program name}.EXE )
Edit/Add command line options?
- Same as above except...
- Modify the end of the 'Target' field and add your command line options
